1. Hearing Notice issued to GMTD, Kamrup for appearance before Appellate Authority on 31-01-2009 at 11.15 hrs.

2. Decision of Appellate Authority:
(i) The rebate equivalent to monthly charge basis for the months he had made payments should be given to the Appellant
(ii)As the Appellant has requested to surrender the Broadband, his deposits may be settled within 10 days as agreed by SDE(BB), Shri Utpal Sharma and SDE(L)Shri K.C. Das.
(iii)The payment for compensation for mental harassment on Account of unsatisfactory service provided to the Appellant, is out of scope of BSNL.
(iv)The GMTD Kamrup will act on the order passed and submit the compliance to the Appellate authority within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order.
