Bills over Internet. |

Bill can now be paid sitting in the comfort of your house by
a mouse click. The displayed Outstanding Bills, can be paid online, only till the Pay-by-Date. As of now, Bills beyond the Pay-by-Date are
not accepted for online payment. These bills can be paid at the BSNL Bill collection counters, with Surcharge.

How to
avail the service |
| |
Just
by following four simple steps as
given below. |

Register/Login: This link is given below. If you are a new user,
register yourself first and then login with the username and password
chosen by you to access this Value Added Service of making online bill
payment. Existing user has to just login for carrying out the
transaction.

Manage Online Account: Next, you have to add a
mobile account to your login by entering your cell no. and account no.
Thereafter you can view, add or remove the mobile account.

View Outstanding: Now you can view your
outstanding bill as available on the Portal for the mobile phone
accounts added. Click the 'Invoice Number' link to view the bill
details.

Pay Your Bill: You can make the online payment by clicking 'Make Pay'
link. If the payment you make is successful, you will get a Message from the BANK
--Hot Payment Made Successful-- and a detailed mail for the transaction.
The BANK website will automatically re-direct you to the BSNL Portal, where you can
view the DigitalReceipt of the Bill. This will complete the bill payment transactions
on the Portal. All payment transactions will be stored in the Portal, for your future
reference. You can view it, by clicking View Payment Transaction link at the top.

There is a possibility of link getting disconnected, during returning from the BANK after successful Bill Payment. In that case, you will not be able to see the 'Digital Receipt' of the Bill Payment made since the Portal system will not know the details of the transaction made. If this occurs, PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT to pay the bill again. The portal system, will shortly, receive the confirmation from the BANK, through alternative backup channel.
If you have already paid your bill offline, please ignore this bill.
